1 of my 3 submissions to a juried art exhibition coming up real soon. Had the image stuck in my head for awhile though, since beginning of fall maybe...but..I am a lot less proud of the piece than I could be. The positioning and main focus is based on a particular scene from a Disney movie, actually XD; GUESS FOR FUN. I know I've really turned it into my own thing with the idea but I usually don't base my work on stuff that heavily. THOUGHT IT WOULD BE FUN, THOUGH. Weird style used, yes xD This was at first left blank past the view of the arms; I didn't really know what else to put at the bottom...my old art teacher suggested a destroyed town/rubble and....make it a statement about war(we gotta have artist statements with the art)  You can see I was really inspired by the destroyed city thing and it REALLY LOOKS like it'd be about war but SKJFDHSDHFSHL HOW CLICHE NOW THAT I THINK ABOUT IT? So now I gotta BS a little something about my thoughts on war D8 Because really...good statements make for good art apparently and judges really consider them. And I have no idea what I'd write about this anyways to tell the truth BUT STILL....AUGHHH CLICHE I'M NOT LIKE THAT Ohwell its not that bad OH BUT I need ideas for a real title. PLEASE? Seriously ;__; I suck with titles....um I just hope this isn't cheating -Micron Sakura pens and Prismacolours (THANKS TO FIORA LAST MONTH) this desc. is long and boring SORRY I'M GOING INSANE |

out of 3 peices i summited for that show when i was in grade 12, 1 got in. XD and it happened to be the one that i just made the day before it was due (it was a photo) and had the worse statment!!
